Terms of sale

Purpose and scope

These terms govern the sale, by Loanny Beauty Services SRL under the trading name LBS Distribution, of the cosmetic products presented on this site. They apply to every order placed on the site and prevail over the client's purchasing terms, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Sales are reserved for beauty professionals established in Belgium, acting in the course of their business: beauty salons, spas, independent beauticians and other businesses in the sector. Rules specific to consumer sales, including the right of withdrawal, therefore do not apply.

Professional account

Prices and ordering are available once an account is open. The request states the company, its company number, its activity and its billing address. The seller checks this information and may accept or refuse a request, in particular when the activity is not in the beauty sector.

The client guarantees that the information provided is accurate and reports any change without delay. Invoices are made out to the name and company number of the account. The seller may suspend an account in the event of inaccurate information or breach of these terms.

Products

Each product page states the brand, name, size or pack, description and, where known, the ingredients. Photographs illustrate the product and are not contractual as to shade or packaging, which may change from one manufacturer batch to the next.

A product intended for treatment-room use is used according to the manufacturer's protocol, by trained staff. The client remains responsible for how the products are used and for informing its own customers.

Orders are possible within the limits of available stock. Some formats are sold by a minimum quantity, stated on the product page.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. Belgian VAT at 21% is added and shown, with the total to pay, before the order is confirmed. Delivery costs are stated in the cart, as is the amount from which delivery is free.

The recommended retail price shown on product pages is for guidance only. The client sets its own resale prices freely.

The price applied is the one displayed at the time of ordering. An obvious pricing error does not bind the seller: the order is then cancelled and refunded in full.

Ordering and payment

The order is binding once payment is confirmed. Payment is made online through Mollie, a licensed payment provider, using the methods offered at the time of payment. Payment data is entered at Mollie and never passes through this site.

An invoice in the company name is attached to the confirmation email and sent through the Peppol network, as Belgian rules require between businesses.

Products remain the property of Loanny Beauty Services SRL until the price is paid in full.

Delivery and collection

Orders are delivered in Belgium by bpost, to the address given or to a pick-up point, or collected on site at Avenue de Tervueren 46, 1040 Etterbeek. Parcels are handed to the carrier within 2 working days, stock permitting.

Above the amount shown in the cart, an order may be shipped directly by the supplier, from South Korea, to the customer's address. Import duties and VAT are borne by the seller; the shipping charge for this option is shown in the cart and the tracking link is sent to the customer on dispatch.

Risk passes to the client when the parcel is delivered or collected.

Receipt and complaints

The client checks the order on receipt. A damaged parcel or a delivery error must be reported in writing within 3 working days, to info@lbs-distribution.be, with photographs. After that period, delivery is deemed compliant, except for hidden defects.

A product recognised as non-compliant or defective is replaced or refunded, at the seller's choice. An opened or used product is not taken back, except for a manufacturing defect.

Liability

The seller's liability is limited to the price of the products concerned. It does not cover indirect damage, nor damage resulting from use that does not follow the instructions or the manufacturer's protocol.

The data collected to open the account and process orders is described in our privacy policy.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have sole jurisdiction.
