In short
This site sets no audience measurement, statistics or advertising cookie, and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and the bpost pick-up point map are served from our own domain: viewing a page sends nothing to a third party. There is therefore no consent banner.
What the site stores
- Session cookie (lbs_session): set when you sign in to your professional account, to keep you signed in for 60 days or until you sign out. It holds only a random token, with no personal information.
- Cart (browser local storage): the products chosen and their quantities, to keep them from one page to the next. It reaches our server only at checkout.
These are strictly necessary for the service you request and do not require consent.
Security
Cloudflare, our host, may set a technical cookie that protects against attacks and automated traffic. It is not used to track you.
The contact and account request forms show Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person and not a robot. It sets no advertising cookie and is used only for this check.
